Our story begins with my mom in Allahabad, a city in Northern India. She became fascinated with my Nani’s (grandma in Punjabi) cooking and quickly learned her recipes. My mom immigrated to America and started a southern burger restaurant in Arkansas, and at night, she would use the kitchen at the restaurant to cook Indian food for the family. These are the memories that drive my passion to share her secret masala and recipes with the world.
Dil's is a family-owned business started by my brother, Tarvinder Singh, myself, Dilawer Singh, my mom, dad, and sister. We want people to experience authentic Punjabi dishes at home, and we believe authenticity begins with the purest ingredients.
